どうも、BIOS イメージは、Ultra 20 と X2100 で共通のような気がします。
書き込む際に、Ultra 20 か X2100 かを判断している？
ちなみに、BIOS 2.1.9 になりました。え？
BIOS の修正情報ものせときます。

Aquarius が Sun Fire X2100 の codename で、Marrakesh が Ultra 20 の codename になります。
